Training & Accreditation

A one-day training programme is available for those wishing to become an accredited user of the RST. Dates and venues for Autumn 2010 will be available soon.  The programme covers:

  •  A detailed exploration of the factors which make up the RST – its “conceptual framework”.
  • How the RST was created.
  • How to accurately interpret RST profiles, taking into consideration psychometric elements such as standardisation, scoring and response styles.
  • Best practice in how to explore an RST profile with the person concerned.
  • Carrying  out structured selection interviews.
  • Carrying out developmental feedback/coaching sessions.

Similarly, the required tuition can also be acquired on a one-to-one basis, either in-person or via the telephone. Please contact us for details.

Developing the RST

The RST was originally launched in 2007, with various interim reviews being carried out in subsequent years, most notably in 2011. Best practice with any psychometric assessment requires that a systematic review be carried out from time-to-time and a thorough developmental process is now underway, with the ultimate aim of creating “RST2”.
